MasFood Nyonya Cuisine Series 101 Instant Assam Fish Paste 

Assam is also called Tamarind, and is popular in South East Asian cuisine.

Asam Chilli, Garlic, Onion, Tamarind Paste, Sugar, Salt, MSG (E621), Perservative (E211) and Vegetable Oil.

 

1. 800gm fish or seafood,

2. 800ml water.

 

1, Stir-fly 800gm of fish or seafood together with MasFood 101 Asam Style Fish Paste for a few minutes.

2. Add in 800ml of water, continue cook until boil and serve hot.
