MasFood All-Purpose Sambal Chili Shrimp Paste

Ingredients:

  • Garlic, sugar,salt,shallot,chili,shrimp,shrimp paste (belacan),oil,MSG (E621),preservative (E211).

Sambal Chili Shrimp

Sambal Chili Chicken (Suitable for fish, beef, mutton, prawn, clam, petai bean also)

Preparation:

  1. MasFood All-Purpose Sambal Chili Shrimp Paste 1 packet.
  2. Chicken meat (800g-1kg).

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat the oil, fry the chicken meat until cooked. Remove it.
  2. Stir-fry the All Purpose Sambal Chili Shrimp Paste for a while, add in chicken meat and continue frying until fragrance. Ready to serve.

Sambal Chili Shrimp Fried Rice (Suitable for rice stick and noodle also)

Preparation:

  1. All-Purpose Sambal Chili Shrimp Paste 1 packet.
  2. Seafood or meat (200g).
  3. Egg 3 nos
  4. Cooked rice
  5. Oil 3 spoons

Cooking method:

  1. Heat the oil, fry the seafood (or meat) and beat in the egg until cooked.
  2. Add in All-Purpose Sambal Chili Shrimp Paste and fry until fragrance.
  3. Add in cooked rice and stir-fry until fragrance. Ready to serve.
