Preparation

  • 1 packet Mak Nyonya Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce
  • 500g assorted vegetables: Cabbage, egg plant, potato, carrot, okra, tomato cut into pieces.
  • 400ml Water
  • 200ml Coconut milk

Cooking Instruction

Mak Nyonya Vegetarian Curry Sauce-Cooking

  1. Sauté Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce with 500gm mix vegetables in a
    pot until aromatic.
  2. Add in 400ml water, bring to boil.
  3. Add in 200ml coconut milk and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender.

Ingredients

    • Lemongrass, Chilli, Spice, Ginger, Sugar, Galangai, Salt and Palm Oil.
