Mak Nyonya Instant Chicken Curry Sauce

Preparation:

  • 1 packet Mak Nyonya Instant Chicken Curry Sauce
  • 1kg chicken
  • 300g potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 300ml water
  • 200ml coconut milk

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Sauté Instant Chicken Curry Sauce together with 1kg of chicken until
    aromatic.
  2. Add in 200g potatoes and 300ml water, bring to boil.
  3. Lastly add in 200ml coconut milk and simmer over medium heat until chicken are tender.

Ingredients:

    Edible Oil (Palm oil), Chilli, Lemon grass, Onion, Spices, Ginger, Sugar &Salt.
