MasFood Nyonya Cuisine Series Instant Rendang Curry Paste
Shallot, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Galangal, Salt, Palm Oil, MSG (E621) & Preservative(E211).
1. 1 packet Masfood Instant Rendang Curry Paste
2. Chicken or meat 1.2kg
3. Water 300ml (1 1/2 cups)
4. Thick coconut milk 250ml
5. Pre-fried coconut
1. Stir fry chicken or meat with paste over low heat until aromatic
2. Add water and coconut milk to simmer until chicken is tender and gravy becomes thicker.
3. Lastly add in the coconut shreds. (Approx:40 minutes)
