Mak Nyonya Instant Tom Yam Sauce

Preparation

• 1 packet of Mak Nyonya Instant Tom Yam Sauce
• 700ml water
• 250g of Tomatoes, vegetables, chilli padi, prawns, squid and chicken
• Garnish: Lime juice, peppermint leaves

Cooking Instruction

1. Stir fry a packet of Instant Tom Yam Sauce till fragrant.
2. Add water 700ml (3 1/2 cups)
3. Now add tomatoes, vegetables, chilli padi, prawns, squid and chicken 250gm, stir over medium heat till boiling
4. Add lime juice to taste, garnish with peppermint leaves.

Ingredients

• • Shallot, Lemongrass, Chilli, Assam (Tamarind) Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt and Palm Oil.
