Tean’s Vegetarian Curry Gourmet Paste


  • 500ml Water
  • 100 g brinjals (eggplants), sauteed
  • 100g Long beans
  • 100 g Lady’s finger (okra)
  • 200g Fried bean curd
  • 300g cabbage, shredded
  • 200ml Coconut milk/evaporated milk

Cooking Instructions:

Tean's Paste for Vegetarian Curry-Cooking

  1. Mix 1 packet of Tean’s Gourmet Paste for Vegetarian Curry into 500ml water. Bring to boil
  2. Add in 100g each of pre-sauteed brinjals (eggplants), long beans and lady’s finger (okra) together with
    200g fried bean curds and 300g cabbage. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Finally, add in 200ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil. Serve hot.
