Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce
Preparation:
- 1 Packet Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce
- 800g Fish
- 100g Vegetable: ladys finger (okra), tomato and brinjal (egg plant)
- 400ml Water
- 200ml Coconut milk
Cooking Instruction:
- Fry the Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce with vegetable for 5 minutes
- Add water, bring to boil
- Add in fish and coconut milk
- Simmer over low heat until fish is cooked. (About 15 minutes)

- Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm oil).
