MasFood 101 Instant Curry Paste for Cooking Meat or Chicken.

Preparation:

1. 1 Packet MasFood 101 Instant Curry Paste For Cooking Chicken or Meat.
2. 1.2kg Chicken / Mutton / Beef / Meat.
3. 150ml coconut milk or Evaporated milk.
4. Other favorite ingredient like potato, tomato, okra, eggplant.

Cooking Method:

1. Saute Masfood 101 Instant Curry Paste for a while till fragrant, then add in 1.2kg meat.
2. Continue frying for a few minutes till outside layer is browned.
3. Add in 500ml water, bring to boil.
4. Add in other favorite ingredient such as potato. Cook until meat is tender.
5. Add in 150ml coconut milk. Bring to boil and serve hot.
   *Use less or omit coconut milk for a thicker sauce.
6. The paste can be used for fried rice noodles, fried rice, fried noodle, instant noodle,
   vegetable curry, seasoning for fried chicken, BBQ, etc.

Chili, Onion, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar, MSG (E621) & Preservative (E211).
