This Malacca Nyonya Prawn Noodle Paste delicately blends a delectable fresh prawn broth base. Coupled with spicy aromatics, it is bound to excite taste buds and satisfy your cravings. You will be sure to enjoy this time-cherished flavour with your family and friends!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Heng’s Prawn Noodle Paste
  • 1800 ml water
  • 1000 g yellow noodles, Shanghai noodles, or vermicelli
  • 200 g prawns/shrimps
  • 200 g fish cake
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 100g water spinach
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • Fried shallots (optional)

Cooking Instruction

3 Simple Steps: 1. Boil, 2. Blanch, 3. Serve

Heng's Prawn Noodle Sauce-cooking-instruction

  1. Mix Prawn Noodle Paste in 1800 ml water and bring to boil.
  2. Blanch prawn, water spinach, noodle and fish cake. Arrange them into 5 bowls.
  3. Add in prawn stock, garnish with fried shallot and hard-boiled egg. Serve while hot.
