Tean’s Prawn Noodle Paste
Preparation:
- 1.5 litre Water
- 600g Cooked yellow noodles (Shanghai Noodles), blanched
- 60g bean sprouts, blanched
- Cooked & sliced chicken breast meat
- Cooked prawns/shrimps
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs
- Fried shallots, spring onions for garnishing
Cooking Instructions:

- Mix 1 packet of Tean’s Gourmet Paste for Prawn Noodle with 1.5 litres of water.
Bring to boil and continue boiling under low heat. - Blanch 600g fresh yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 big bowls.
- Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boiled egg, fried shallot and spring onion.
- Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.
