INGREDIENTS:
Palm Oil, Tamarind Paste, Lemongrass, Chili, Garlic, Shallot, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Galangal, Salt and Benzoic Acid.
PREPARATION:
1. A packet of MasFood Instant Asam Fish Paste
2. Fish or other seafood 800g
3. 250 ml water
COOKING METHOD:
1. Stir-fry fish or other seafood (800g) together with MasFood Instant Asam Fish Paste for 10 minutes.
2. Add in 250ml (1 cup) of water, simmer until cooked and serve hot.
