Mak Nyonya Instant Chicken Rice Sauce

Preparation:

  • 1 packet (100g) Mak Nyonya Chicken Rice Sauce
  • 500g rice, washed and drained
  • 600ml water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil/margarine
  • 2 stalks pandan leaves

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Combine 500g rice, 600ml water, 100g Instant Chicken Rice Sauce into rice cooker.
  2. Add in 2 tablespoons cooking oil or margarine and 2 stalks of pandan leaves.
  3. Mix and stir the mixture evenly before cooking. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

    Shallot, Garlic, Lemongrass, Ginger, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm Oil).
