Mak Nyonya Instant Chicken Rice Sauce
Preparation:
- 1 packet (100g) Mak Nyonya Chicken Rice Sauce
- 500g rice, washed and drained
- 600ml water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil/margarine
- 2 stalks pandan leaves
Cooking Instruction:
- Combine 500g rice, 600ml water, 100g Instant Chicken Rice Sauce into rice cooker.
- Add in 2 tablespoons cooking oil or margarine and 2 stalks of pandan leaves.
- Mix and stir the mixture evenly before cooking. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Shallot, Garlic, Lemongrass, Ginger, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm Oil).
