Mak Nyonya Instant Nyonya Curry Laksa Sauce


  • Water 900ml
  • Coconut Milk 200ml
  • Chicken 300g, cut to small pieces
  • Yellow Noodles (Shanghai Noodles) 500g or Instant Noodles 5 pieces
  • Prawns, Fried Bean Curds
  • Garnish: Bean Sprouts blanched, Fish Cakes sliced, Cockles, Hard Boiled Eggs and Laksa Leaves.

Cooking Instruction:

Mak Nyonya Curry Laksa Sauce-Cooking

  1. Fry Mak Nyonya Instant Nyonya Curry Laksa Sauce until fragrant.
  2. Add in water, mix well and bring to boil.
  3. Add in chicken pieces, prawns and fried bean curds, simmer until cooked.
  4. Add in coconut milk and laksa leaves, bring to boil.
  5. Blanch noodles, cockles & bean sprouts
  6. Serve with fish cakes and halved hard boiled egg in a soup bowl.
  7. Pouring hot Curry Laksa soup into the soup bowl, ready to serve.

  • Turmeric, Coriander, Chili, Maize Flour, Sugar, Salt
  • Monosodium Glutamate (E621) and Sodium Benzoate (E211).
