ITP Hokkien Mee Penang Prawn Noodles Paste

Ingredients: Palm oil, Prawn shell extract, Sugar, Spice, Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Benzoate

Contains: Crustacean

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat up 1300 ml of water
2. Add in ITP Hokkien Mee paste, and stir to prevent the paste from sticking at the bottom of the pot. Ready to use once boiled
3. Pre-soak noodles in cold water.
4. Blanch noodles, bean sprouts, and spinach in boiling water for a short while
5. Drain off the water and add in the add-ons
6. Add in soup and ready to serve with chilli if necessary
