Tean’s Prawn Noodle Paste


  • 1.5 litre Water
  • 600g Cooked yellow noodles (Shanghai Noodles), blanched
  • 60g bean sprouts, blanched
  • Cooked & sliced chicken breast meat
  • Cooked prawns/shrimps
  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
  • Fried shallots, spring onions for garnishing

Cooking Instructions:

Teans' Paste for Prawn Noodle-cooking

  1. Mix 1 packet of Tean’s Gourmet Paste for Prawn Noodle with 1.5 litres of water.
    Bring to boil and continue boiling under low heat.
  2. Blanch 600g fresh yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 big bowls.
  3. Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boiled egg, fried shallot and spring onion.
  4. Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.
