Ingredients:

• 1 packet Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Kapitan Curry Sauce 
• 500 g chicken
• 150 ml water
• 80 ml coconut milk

Cooking Instruction

3 Simple Steps: 1. Stir-Fry. 2. Simmer 3. Serve

1. Stir fry Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Kapitan Curry Sauce with 500g chicken till fragrant.
2. Add 150ml water and 80ml coconut milk. Mix well and simmer.
3. Simmer until chicken is cooked & sauce thickness. Serve while hot.
