Preparation
- 1 packet Mak Nyonya Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce
 - 500g assorted vegetables: Cabbage, egg plant, potato, carrot, okra, tomato cut into pieces.
 - 400ml Water
 - 200ml Coconut milk
 
Cooking Instruction

- Sauté Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce with 500gm mix vegetables in a
pot until aromatic. - Add in 400ml water, bring to boil.
 - Add in 200ml coconut milk and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender.
