Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce

Preparation:

  • 1 Packet Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce
  • 800g Fish
  • 100g Vegetable: ladys finger (okra), tomato and brinjal (egg plant)
  • 400ml Water
  • 200ml Coconut milk

Cooking Instruction:

Mak Nyonya Fish Curry Sauce-Cooking

  1. Fry the Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce with vegetable for 5 minutes
  2. Add water, bring to boil
  3. Add in fish and coconut milk
  4. Simmer over low heat until fish is cooked. (About 15 minutes)

Ingredients

    Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm oil).
