Mak Nyonya Instant Asam Fish Sauce
Preparation:
- One packet Mak Nyonya Instant Asam Fish Sauce
- 1 kg Fish (steam) or 800 g or assorted seafood (stir fry)
- Lady Fingers (Okra), Tomato wedges.
Cooking Instruction:
To Steam :
- Add lady’s finger and tomatoes together with the fish,
pour Instant Asam Fish Sauce over the fish and vegetables. - Steam for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot.
To Stir Fry :
- Sauté Instant Asam Fish Sauce until aromatic.
- Add in 800gm of seafood (prawns, squids and fish),
continue stir-fry until seafood is cooked.
Ingredients:
- Asam, Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Sugar, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm oil).
