3 Simple Steps: 1. Stir-Fry 2. Simmer 3. Serve

1. Stir-fry Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Pongteh Sauce with 1.2 kg chicken till fragrant.
2. Add 2 cut potatoes, 4 dried mushrooms & 600 ml water and simmer.
3. Simmer until chicken is cooked & sauce is thickened. Serve while hot.
