Heng’s Curry Laksa Paste
Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Curry Laksa Paste with a distinctly fiery richness that goes generously with rice noodles, fish cake, prawns, and coconut milk, will have you soaked up in absolute bliss. You will be sure to enjoy this time-cherished flavour with your family and friends!
Ingredients and Preparation
- 1 packet Curry Laksa Paste
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 1,500 ml water
- 1000 g white rice noodles, yellow noodles (Shanghai noodles), or vermicelli
- 400 g prawn/shrimp (without shell)
- 200 g fish cake, cut into thin slices
- 100 g fried tofu puffs or fried bean curds
- 400 g bean sprouts
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (cut half)
Cooking Instructions:
3 Simple Steps: Boil, Blanch, Serve
- Bring to boil 1,500 ml water, add in Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Curry Laksa Paste and 300 ml coconut milk and mix well.
- Blanch bean sprouts, fried bean curds, fish cake slices, prawns, rice noodles, yellow noodles, or vermicelli. Arrange them into 5 bowls.
- Add in Laksa stock with hard-boiled eggs and shredded cucumber. Serve while hot.
