MasFood All Purpose Chili Seafood Paste

Chili Crab (or other seafood such as shrimp, fish, etc)

Preparation:

• A packet of MasFood All Purpose Chili Seafood Paste
• 1 kg crab
• 2 eggs
• 800 ml water

Cooking Method:

1. Steam the crab to medium well
2. Stir-fry MasFood All Purpose Chili Seafood Paste until fragrant.
3. Add in 800ml water and bring it to boil.
4. Add the cooked crab and stir well
5. Add the egg and mixed well

Ingredients:

• Onion,Garlic,Belacan (shrimp paste),Shrimp, Galangal,Lemongrass, Palm Oil,
  Salt, Monosodium Glutamate,Chili, Sugar, Benzoic Acid.
