Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Sambal coats a full-bodied earthy heat that melds brilliantly with fresh seafood is bound to instantaneously rouse your

Ingredients and Preparation
- 1 packet Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Sambal
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 500 g vegetables of choice ( eggplant, okra etc)
- 200 g prawn, squid
Cooking Instruction
3 Simple Steps: 1. Stir-Fry 2. Cook 3. Serve
- Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil & stir fry 500 g vegetables of choice (egg plant, okra etc) until almost done.
- Add Heng’s Malacca Nyonya Sambal and 200 g of Prawns/Squid, add in some water and cook for 1 min.
- Once cooked, serve while hot.
